Horrible company and Horrible customer service
I ordered a queen size bedding set in October 2013. I received a king. I had to return the item myself and pay for the return shipping. Once I received the actual correct item (Oct 2013)I ordered I washed it and it fell apart. I washed it according to
the specific washing instructions and when I pulled it out the dryer the comforter was flat in many places. The stuffing had disintegrated. I called immediately once it happened (3/25/14) and I was told that it was over the 30 day mark for a return. But they
wouldn't have accepted it anyway since it had been washed. I requested to speak with the supervisor or manager because I thought it was very unfair to have spent almost $100 with this company for a comforter and for it to fall apart on the first wash. I received
a call back from Nancy Wang the office manager the next day (3/26/14) and the manager left me a message that I would get 20% off my next purchase. That was not acceptable to me. Why would I purchase anything else through such a horrible place. So I called
back (3/26/14)and the manager wouldn't even take my call. She kept having the CSR go back and forth. The CSR would not let me even finish my answers to her questions before interrupting me and kept putting me on hold. I asked to speak with the next person
in charge and I was told they would not release that information to me that I would have to look it up online. Then she hung up on me. So I looked up the information on the owner Kevin Woa. I called back (3/26/14) the next rude unprofessional CSR told me that
the name I gave her as the owner was not correct and that I couldn't speak with anyone else. That no one else would have anything to do with customers except for Nancy who wouldn't even get on the phone with me. That there was only an office manager (Nancy
Wang) that I already received the voicemail from. The CSR kept telling me it was my fault because I didn't understand that there was no one else. She would not listen to anything I had to say. It took an act of congress just to leave another message for Nancy
since that's the only person apparently you are allowed to talk to. It is wrong to give customers bad merchandise when they are paying this much money for it and not helping the customer when there is a complaint. This is not the way to gain business or trust.
