I've taken Mr. Kim to court for failing to fix my tv and refund my money. He never showed up and very difficult to collect from him. Below is a company who helped me collect some of my money:

My advice to everyone. Always check with the BBB for any complaints about any businesses. Never fall for advertisements that say "free estimates" and for businesses who ask for a large deposit. Also check with the Bureau of Electronics & Appliance Repair (BEAR)for any complaints. I called BEAR and requested a complaint history of this business and it was as long as the "Great Wall of China." Also, if you check your local Yellow Pages, this business does not indicate their business address which is against BEAR policy.
