Several days after our order we were contacted by the shipping manager for Karianna's Get Seeds stating they were a bit behind on orders, but all orders up to Feb 2nd were due to ship that week. We placed on Feb 24th.
After 4 weeks (and 12 days) we had not received our shipment. We then called the number and left a message. After 24 hours I sent an e-mail and 24 hours later another e-mail. I tried to file a dispute with paypal but the 45 day time limit had expired.
I pretty much gave up on getting the order and was going to file a BBB dispute when karianna contacted me through e-mail. She said she had no idea shipping was so late and she personnaly shipped out the late orders.
Despite the poor communication, I was extremly pleased with the product once it arrived. If I can be sure there will be no problems in the future with late shipping and lack of communication, I would buy from this company again. I give 5 stars for product but only 1 star for the rest and will average to 3 stars.
