Shady Business Buyer Beware

This company took the advertising off of the Watermarke Tower in Los Angeles to sell rental space for a studio unit illegally sublet. The advertising of the unit is not applicable to the unit I rented. The 24 hour concierge explained to me that they are not allowed to sublet this unit. As advertised and not received: No private balcony, no walk in closets, no fireplace. The company would not refund my money nor my security deposti. False advertising, dirty unit, appliances did not work, cable bill not payed, no t.v., wet and mildew smelling linens/towels, hair on the floor in the bathroom. Requested $ back to stay somewhere else, jetluxuryrentals aka jetpad homes refused. They told me to do take them to court they were not going to give me my money back. Unprofessional, highly discourage their services.
