I have tried to gethold of this company for over two weeks. I contracted with ModifyMyMorgage.com and this company was give $900 to do the work. Now they say they are overloaded and can't finish it. They want me to give another $600 to some company in Washington D.C. to complete everything. I have left messages with Lisa Vargas, ext 203, and Tim Richman, ext 202. Meanwhile, my mortgage company has been bugging me and the six month hardship deal has expired. They are again calling me to make up the difference in payments, while J L Richman is telling me keep making my smaller payment. Quite a mess. Am I getting ripped off? I don't know. I just wish they would call and be honest with me so I can move on if I have to. I don't have the money to pay another $600 and am afraid I'm getting conned. Has anyone out there had a similar experience or does anyone have advice?
