In June 2010 my parents were in need of in home caregivers - Alhziemers and Parkinson's. I contacted many agencies prior to selecting this company. I spoke to Nancy Bloom (owner) and told her my parents situation and money concerns. I was told a price and referral fee of 120 days. Because of this price I selected them. All fees were paid for the 120 days for (4) caregivers. Referral fees bills continued after this date and when I questioned Nancy about bill she said " It will be continuious until all caregivers met the 120 days". Two of the caregivers only worked on weekends! Nancy never mentioned a continious fees per worker. I was led to believe the fee was from time of service not per caregiver, even after our many converstaions and commenting how affordable they were to other agencies. I cancelled the service. I believe this is poor business practice and should tell there clients of all fees in writing / website. the owners are very hard to deal with / dishonest and I STRONGLY do not recommend this company.
