I had hyper street web hosting and email service for the past two years and the service has become sloppy and unreliable. For the past 3 weeks, I have not been able to check email because the site is down and therefore I'm not able to respond to my customers.. I've called customer service many times and waited over 30 minutes on hold and left messages, and still never reached anyone and no call back. Email support was rejected and I received failure domain notice for all 3 email address they have. I even faxed them and still no response. Service is bad now and I have to take my business elsewhere.
