This company is a rip off. I don't know who gave them 5 stars - probably themselves. They gave me a bid on our well and the actual service cost us almost 2 times what they bid. Additionally, they said they would complete the work in a week and it ended up taking 2 months. Do you have any idea what it is like to live without water for 2 months? Lastly, their truck caused considerable damage to our property and they did nothing to repair that. All they could do was send us a bill. I have read the rules listed below this posting and this is 1) withing the past 12 months (actually the well was completed in January, 2011), 2) this is absolutely a true testimony and there is nothing contrived about it (I wish it was!) 3) there is no vulgarity in what I have said, 4) I have been as detailed as I am willing to be, as I don't wish to have further involvement with this company and 5) as regards what I think they could have done better? Well, let's see. First they could have delivered the service in the time they said they would, and secondly, it would have been really, really nice if they had kept within their bid price. Nice job, Heddon Brothers. You can count on my as your best advertisement!
