I work at a Hotel and costumer service is very important to me. We have been using Golden Cab for at least 6 years for our guest. I have never had a problem with them until about 3 months ago. I called Golden cab and requested a cab for one of our guest, the lady taking the calls was extremely rude. She asked where I was located and I told her the exact location as I always do. She yelled at me because she wanted the physical address, which is ok, but her attitude was horrible. I then called today requesting a cab for a guest. I gave her our location, she asked where exactly we were, I then explain again where the hotel was located, and she asked "are you in the street" in a sarcastic way. What she was trying to ask where in the hotel was the guest. I told her in the lobby, she yelled at me "what lobby?" I just told her I would call another cab company. It's very upsetting to me because we have been using them for such a long time. I think she needs to work on her costumer service skills or they will be losing a lot more business.
