Be weary. Traffic School is an unresponsive company.

Like many of us, I based my decision of using "Go to Traffic School" to do an online traffic school. The reviews I read were positive and the fact that they belong to BBB gave me the confidence the company was responsible and not a scam. I began the course
and it was actually fairly good. One day when I tried to resume the course, I made a mistake when entering one of the security questions after entering the password. The time allotted for answer the security questions was about 10 sec. and I did not have all
the information at hand. This can happen to anyone. After 3 attempts my account was disabled, which is most understandable. My problems began when I tried to enable my account. I read FAQs advise of cleaning up the cookies and I did so, but with not success.
I decided to talk through live chat, but live chat is disabled and you can only leave messages. After 72 hours I have not received any answer back. I have also contacted the company by phone but I can only leave voicemails, and I have requested them to contact
me but nothing has happened. At this point in time I decided to right this review to make you aware of the lack of service and responsiveness in case things turn up wrong. For this reason, I would recommend you to look somewhere else. There are many other
companies and some are endorsed by well-established and highly reputed organizations.
