We came into this process understanding it would not be an easy or cheap undertaking. What made it bearable was TJ's work ethic and attitude. He was able to work well with our team and went out of his way to win them over and effect real change. In the end I feel like the resources we spent in money and time was worth it. Many of the changes we made will have long standing impact on how quick we scale and ultimately how successful we will be.
