I purchased a replacement remote for my television, becuase my original remote was stepped on and broke. I purchased the remote in the middle of July, I recieved it almost a month later, and it was the wrong remote. I called customer service, they sent another remote. Again it was the wrong remote for this tv. So, I requested they send the CORRECT remote, and they tell me to send the remotes back to them at MY Cost. I was charges $10.00 for the remote & $6.00 for shipping. I still do NOT have the correct remote for my Teleivision. It is now the middle of September.!

The company I work with is a sister company to Funai Corporation, but we have been given the responsibility of resolving all issues despite age on 4/1/08. Customer needs to send name, address, phone number, model number, and serial number to me at level3@funaiservice.com and I will do my best to get a resolution.
