SCAM! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT DELIVER
It looks like I'm not the only one who got scammed by this company and had my money stolen. I ordered flowers at the end of June for my mom's birthday on July 1st which was a Sunday. I paid extra money for a Sunday delivery. Almost $100 total. The flowers never arrived. I called them immediately and emailed them. They responded to my email saying they were going to upgrade my order and refund my Sunday delivery fee and deliver the flowers ASAP. They were never delivered. I tried calling again and no one ever picks up the phone so I left a message. I also emailed over and over demanding my money back and I have not gotten a response and I have not gotten a refund. I just filed an official complaint against them through PayPal, as well as American Express. I'm looking for every site online that I can write something about this horrible rip-off company. I wish I had seen this site before I used them. I'm also going to look for phone numbers for any Consumer Protection Agency in the state of California and report them, I'm so pissed off right now. It was bad enough that they miss my mom's birthday. I'd give them a negative number if I could. 1 star is too high for them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
