So far I started with this modification Feb 18th. I was very careful to ask alot of questions. I was told I would get an update once a week, its now 3 months later and I have not recieved 1 call or email on an update and have paid 1200 dollars. They told me they received all my financials to submit it on Feb 20th, 2009. The processor on March 15th called me and then asked for my current paystubs and taxes, of which she said never received. Then again on April 24th, 2009 she said she needed more paystubs as the old ones wont work now. I have sent over 14 emails and over 8 messages for a supervisor to call me, still waiting. They wont refund money and they havent done a thing for me, my lender to this day have never even heard from them concerning me 3 months later, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!
