*******************STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS***************

While FWM clearly states in their Terms and Conditions, what they will do, they do not explicitly highlight that to the unknowing consumer. This company is shrewd.

1. They charge your credit card 17 days after purchase (in our case $79.95 and $59.95) for pills that are not well tracked in the postal service. Would you send $150 dollars through the normal postal service?

That's $140 for two boxes of bills. Their product to my knowledge is NOT certified by an official institution and in fact several experts in the field is suing them. My wife fell into the trap and signing up for some "free" pills.

2. This FVM Laboratories is a front for a company registered in Cyprus.

2. They change the name of their payments on your credit card statement, we encountered 5 months of payments and in those 5 months, they logged their payments including INTERNATIONAL payments (we paid international charges) under the following descriptions

REs-health-v 866892-1217
ProberryHealth 8669674917
Wellness Lab 8669674917
Sup*YouthHealth 866-381-1490
Sup*YouthMax 866-309-6510
SOBEBERRYCS.COM 866-62 (don't have all the digits)

That's 6 different names in 5 months on our credit card statement - does that sound above board to you? Does it look like they are hiding something under the transactions of your credit card?

3. We never recieved product for 3 of the 5 shipments.

4. While they have clearly outlined the law on their side in their terms and conditions, their business is underhanded - they leverage the internet and free pills to lure unsuspecting consumers. Some prudent consumers complain, most don't waste their time and this company reaps the reward.

5. We are down $762 over 5 months

6. From what I have read, the CEO/leader of this organization is a 29-year old named Brian Weiss. In the future, I expect to see this guy on 60 minutes some Sunday evening for various reasons.

6. These individuals are unethnical in their details with their consumers. I suspect they hide behind statistics praising how good their product sells. I also suspect they are not revealing how many calls they get with consumer complaints, demands for refunds, products "lost" in the mail and the true authencity of their product.

I advise everyone to stay clear of this venture and to head to your local Vitamin Shoppe.
