I signed up with them in January 2004 and they have not completed our debt payoffs. They said it would be completed in a couple years and we would get any monies remaining however, the bigest debt is still owed and no monies have been returned to us. I know I could have done a better job then they have. I was only able to receive a response to my calls when they was drawing money from my account. My case is still on going until leftover monies are returned to me to handle unresolved accounts or all accounts are resolved.
