I would like to thank Alex and EQ Group for saving my house. I am a low income widow living on social security and I would not afford my true payment of $1,350 per month. I was lied to by the loan person who took advantage of me and gave me this adjustable negative amorzation loan. When I called Alex was very patient and he expleined to me how the loan worked and the risk I was facing. I had no idea how the loan worked or that my payment would soon be $1,350. I could never make this payment. They did everything they said they would and more. They were able to get me a 3% 40 yr. fixed and a payment of only $637.63 per month with principle included. If it wasn't for Alex and EQ I would have lost my house and I don't know what I would have done.
