We rented a condo only to be told after driving 4 hours that our reservation had been canceled and that it was all our fault. In fact, the owner first hung up on me and later cursed at me while I was trying to sort it all out. I believe it was debatable as to whose fault it was, and as a business owner, she should have taken the high road, which she definitely did not. Be careful when renting from this company!
