Toner Fraud

A representative from Delray Supply identified themselves to our receptionist as representing our copier manufacturer. The receptionist was told we were receiving special pricing on toner and should order now. They faxed an order form which our receptionist signed and returned. We were provided with a toner incompatible with our machine sent from IDC Servco. What's most interesting is our copied lease includes free toner. IDC Servco refused to take back the toner based on the signed fax. We intend to file a complaint.
