BEWARE OR DEKRA MAGOOS AUTO INSPECTIONS

DEKRA MAGOOS was sent to inspect the mechanical damage to my Porsche caused by Express Oil Change & Service. My car had 31,500 miles on it. Express didn't install the oil filter properly as it is a cartridge with a top and bottom and broke off the oil
filter check valve. The engine seized 219 miles later due to the improper installation of the oil filter starved the engine for oil. DEKRA Magoos inspector was sent out by Westfield Insurance Co, the insurance company for Express Oil Change & Service after
a claim was filed to replace my engine. DEKRA Magoos inspector wrote contradictory information is his 3 page report writing the admission that the oil filter was installed improperly and the oil was starved from the engine. Then he wrote in his cause the timing
chain broke. The fact is the timing chain did NOT break. If I had known a 1099 employee outside contractor "inspector" had been sent to do an inspection for a mere $117.50 charge, I would have NEVER allowed DEKRA Magoos to inspect my car. They work for the
insurance companies. My claim was denied. I can only file suit against all because that's the only remedy left for me. I will not recover any attorney fees in Florida. BEWARE BEFORE YOU ALLOW YOUR CAR TO BE INSPECTED BY AN INCOMPETENT INSPECTOR FOR DEKRA MAGOOS
