Very Poor customer service. Does not communicate, return phone calls, respond to emails or letter. Poor locations. Breaks contracts. Sells units without proper notice. Then send collection companies after you. They operate storage units in many places under the name Mini Storage U including Costa Mesa Ca which is not listed with the BBB. Total SCAM.
