Spending the last five weeks working with Brian has been an eye opening experience. He didn’t just hand us a bunch of boilerplate business plans like some of the prior companies we have worked with. He helped us tailor specific plans and new processes and systems that have fundamentally changed the way we do business. There was some hiccups implementing the new CRM/CMS we were using for our online sales but Brian was helpful during the implementation process and we were able to smooth everything out.
