I signed up for the free trial with the intent on continuing the automatic monthly supply of two bottles a month. In January I received four bottles. I assumed that they debited my credit card for four bottles since they sent four bottles. To request a refund you must email the company so I did. The man repeatedly accused me of not being responsible and reading the terms and conditions. I explained that the terms did not include 4 bottles a month and I didn't want to be charged for 4. All he would do is send me replies telling me I should of checked the terms and conditions. So, I decided to call and get this cleared up faster. I was told that the billing department did not receive calls they are an internet based company and only respond to emails. The girl on the phone continually interrupted me repeating the terms to the point I had to ask her to stop interrupting me. She then explained that two shipments we accidentally sent out, they caught it and only charged me for one. That's all I wanted to know. I asked if I could talk to someone to complain about the rude tone in the emails and she said that she could take the complaint. As I was telling her how rude I thought the emails were she was saying "yeah, uh huh, yeah". Then I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said it was the billing department. I asked how am I to complain to the billing department if they don't receive phone calls? Her answer was "Well, you can call whoever you want I guess."
The product was fine. The customer service was horrible. I think that they should have a billing department that accepts phone calls when the matter doesn't seem to be able to be resolved through email. It's important to be able to speak to someone when it comes to your money. It was a very simple problem that could of been resolved quickly with cooperation, understanding, and concern for the customer.
