On Tuesday, July 19, 2011, I called the Smoke Assist order line (which I heard on the television) to get details about their offer. I talked with customer service rep Ali. Ali told me that I could get in on their introductory offer of $9.95. Because I could not believe that price was being offered, I grilled her about the price three times to confirm that $9.95 was the only price I would pay. Each time Ali assured me that $9.95 was the price I would pay. Subsequently, I placed an order. Being an avid checker of my banking account, I was shocked when I saw that Smoke Assist had charged a whopping $99.90 to my account. I called Smoke Assist two times. The operator I talked to the first time told me that the charge would not come off until I received their package and returned it back to them. My second call to them I asked to speak to a supervisor who basically said the same thing. I want to warn any consumer that is thinking about getting this product to watch your banking account. I was defrauded and now I have to spend unwarranted time trying to get my money back with my banking institution and Smoke Assist. AGAIN, I WAS DEFRAUDED so please think twice before ordering this product.
