Working with Patrick has been a rare treat. You almost never receive customer service this good, especially when dealing with investments and financial planners. I never felt compelled or coerced into making a purchase. He was always more than happy to
answer any questions and concerns I had. More importantly, he was very informative and laid out all my options. The best part about working with Patrick is he handled the entire process of converting my 401k. It was something that I did not want nor had time
to spend time on, and luckily I did not have too. He took care of all the important details, from helping me convert my current 401k to purchasing the metals to delivery. At one point a problem arose with the supplier sending metals to the wrong address, which
was going to be costly. Patrick stepped in and resolved the issue like a champion. He told me it was the supplier’s error and would not cost me a thing and that he would handle everything. Patrick handled everything and it didn’t cost me anything. If you are
looking to invest in precious metals like gold & silver, I undoubtedly recommend his service. At the very least, I advise having a chat with him before choosing other avenues and options.
