After three tries Peter couldn't get a Nissan corner light to me. Ordered Jan. 31, 2011; Feb 2, 2011, I was sent a tracking number that showed that the information had been sent to FedEx but never was picked up by FedEx. Two days past the estimated delivery date, I tried to contact Best Price Mirror. Two emails went unanswered. I posted a negative review at Amazon and Peter called me Immediately. He promised a $20 refund (which I got)and he would either have FedEx find the shipment or he would send another one. Again, no light and more unanswered emails. Since Peter had called me, I had his number so I called him. Again he blamed FedEx. I get deliveries from FedEx quite frequently. FedEx missing twice is most rare. Peter refunded the remainder of the cost and the shipping and said he was going to send the light anyway. Still no light. At least I wasn't surprised. This seems to be much like a ponzi scheme. End result is Peter is getting free loans for something or other. Occasionally he might return some but he had free use of my money for a month. Multiply that by a few hundred people... My opinion of course. Maybe FedEx is just picking on Peter. Don't waste your time with Best Price Mirror. You'll probably get your money back but not your merchandise.
