No Honesty DO NOT DEAL with this company!

Order passenger replacement glass for my truck. Was advised 10 days to ship. When package did not arrive in 10 days, tried to track using tracking number provided. Number was invalid. Called FedEx and they said they did not have any packages scheduled for delivery to my address. Placed complaint. Company attempted one telephone call to my cell phone and left message for me to call them back. Call back number was never answered on any of the 8 callbacks and went to a voice mailbox that was full and could not take messages.
Received email asking for a good contact number from the company. Advised they had good contact information. TWO weeks after ordering finally got a telephone call and they said the shipment that was not in the system was damaged. They would discount and resend. Just asked for refund! They then called back and wanted to give me extra 20.00 credit. My time and trouble in dealing with this company exceeded the order value that was 4 times that amount. Check their BBB rating...and realize that there is a good chance that positive feedback can be bogus on some sites. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
