Not a friendly place to shop,not reasonable to customer nor willing to help with their mistakes and denies any wrong doing to customers.People had bad experiences but dont know how to report this business bad behavior to the public.I went to best furniture and did not get what I ordered,later that week I find out from one of the employee family they where trying to get rid of their inventory.I happened to get one of the over stock they where trying to get rid of. So thats why they did not deliver me the items I ordered from them.The item was just the wrong color and all I wanted was them to change the color of my sofa cushions, they had it in stock as a display but that week they removed all of sets.My purchase was supposed to be biege but they deliver brown chocolate.The brown/chocolate color doesnt sale so they have 6 set of this color and only one biege.
