Bella Homes? Really?

I've looked into Bella Homes and am a mortgage broker also.
While it's a great idea, Bella hasn't closed anything back to it's original owner (as with other companies trying to do the same).
*Here's what the FTC has to say.....
If you’re looking for foreclosure prevention help, avoid any business that:
* instructs you not to contact your lender
* encourages you to lease your home so you can buy it back over time
* recommends that you make your mortgage payments directly to it, rather than your lender
* urges you to transfer your property deed or title to it
Bella does all of these things.
I see many of their "associates" saying that have many closed loans. It would be wonderful to see some cases where they have actually closed any loans back to the original owners. Beware!
