Do yourself a favor and check out this company on the better business bureau. They have a D rating. They suck. Plain and simple. I tried to talk to a manager and was hung up on. I ordered a plane for my son's birthday and a day after they took my money from my credit card they sent me an email asking to verify everything again. I told them after being on hold for 20 minutes, that everything is correct and I am not giving them information again as I was online with my bank and they had the money. Can you smell scam!!! I was also told that if I wanted the item I would have to pay a huge shipping charge to get it in time for my son's birthday. I am at this point waiting for my refund after being hung up on and being refused to talk to a manager.
