RUN! AGAIN!
Second time in a year that BHG has violated our contract agreement. This time, they "partnered' with a bank to manage our loan. The bank reported to the credit bureau(s). There is specific language in the contract we signed that they will not report this loan to the credit bureau(s). Breach of Contract! They readily admitted this. Damage to our credit rating at a time when we cannot afford any dings.

Hello Julie, our Director of Client Services worked directly with you to resolve this issue to your satisfaction. Errors do happen and when they do BHG acts quickly to resolve them just like they did with your situation. BHG was in constant communication with you throughout the process to resolve this situation.
