Went to this business to have a car alarm installed in a brand new car. They installed the alarm with out calling 1st to confirm that all parts were not available.When we got the car later that day they said they ordered the other parts needed and there would be an additional charge once parts are put in.Next day while i was working car alarm went off, again, and again, and again.Took the car back after work, they said it needed a slight adjustment but no tech was available til the next day.So the next while at work, alarm went off again, but this time wouldn't shut off. it took several tries to get the alarm to stop.Took car back next day and walked in the building and tried to explain what was happening, and the man behind the counter which was the manager and owner standing by his side, told us that he didn't like our attitude, and that it would get us no where with them (By the way we had NO attitude). Just tried to explain what the alarm was doing. My wife asked if she could speak and the manager told her NO she could not speak.So my wife told him, to take the alarm out, and he said NO! if you don't like it you can sue me he said. She said okay then i will sue you. we then walked out. The owner at this point said to bring car back and he would look at it. By this point we were done. There was NO way they were touching our car again.We took our car to another shop, they looked it over, and informed us that the person that installed the alarm had no clue what they were doing. They unplugged, tore out many parts to my brand new car, left bare wires hanging, and installed a very poor quality alarm.In our experience with this company Auto Stereo plus, i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to my worst enemy!
