This facility is the worst medical establishment I have ever been to. When you set up an appointment, they do not tell you that they ALWAYS triple or quadruple book appointments. In the six times I have been to them, I have NEVER been seen anywhere close to the appointment time scheduled.
Their office staff is totally incompetent in my opinion. I have never received the same answer twice when calling them. They did not notify me of a huge co-pay until the day before my eye surgery.
I changed HMO medical groups just to make sure I never have to see these people again.
