David and Leo and Zion scammed my 83 year old mother. Work that another contractor said was worth several thousand would have cost her between $25-28,000 from these contractors. They suggested she sign a 3-day right to cancel waiver. They made promises they did not keep. They talked her into having a roof that didn't leak resurfaced because they said it had cracks. It's worse now than it was before they touched it. The workmanship on the deck and side of the house are FRIGHTFUL. The workmen came and had not been told what to do and some of them were not qualified to do what they did. The deck is now a safety hazard. They mistakenly broke a mirror that will cost about $800 to replace. The beams they cut and claimed were old and damaged are now a safety hazard and we can't use our front door until it's repaired. Once they were told not to return they sent a supposed subcontractor to threaten to sue us if we didn't complete payment. They will cost us to repair the damages they create. Fortunately the painters who painted the inside of the house were very nice and sweet. They claimed the business to be a bonded but that is no longer true. If they show up at your door hold them there and call the police. They are very slick talkers, sweet and nice. And not to be trusted.
