I have had two bathrooms having tile replaced, painted and granite put in. The workers for this company are excellent and work all day on the items they are aware of. The management of this company is terrible. They do not relate to the workers exactly what needs to be done. They send painters in without the tile color or paint color picked out. It is impossible to contact the sales person in charge of the repairs needed. He is never "available" to take a call and will not return a call. Our work is partially completed with no time when workers will show up again. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Final addition to there very bad work. The bathroom cabinets, that "they built", that had drawers which wouldn't go in because of the sinks were replaced with fold down basically very small cabinets. The facing on these did not match the wood on the rest of the cabinet. We have had the work redone by another company, as we don't want them in the house again, and will deduct the cost from the final payment. I will send a letter explaining why I won't pay their total and let them know how their attorney can contact my attorney if they need any explanation of there more than terrible work. Once again the workers did an excellent job with what they knew to do. The management, (if you could call it that), was the worst I have every seen. Knowbody should use this company.
Please let me update my experience. First I saw two reviews that said how helpful the company was and great work and follow up they did. I believe this was posted by the company themselves. They are trash.
They took two front drawer panels that didn't match the rest of the counter and said they would fix and return them today. Lets not discuss the fact that these were supposed to be drawers but didn't work because the positioning of the sinks although what they took out was the same and worked well. Today, Tuesday, they called and said there was an emergency and they wouldn't be able to complete the job until Friday. Just a surprise that they failed, as in EVERY OTHER CASE, to meet their commitments. I explained that for every day they failed to complete the job past today I would deduct $50.00 from the bill and if they weren't here Friday I would have it done by another company and deduct that cost from the bill. This company has not once met it's promises and obligations. They don't know what they are doing, or maybe just want to screw you, and I would tell anybody to not give them a penny. I guarantee they wrote or paid for the good review. Do not allow them anywhere near your house.
