I have never had such a hard time trying to get a company to understand that I do not want there product! I was referred to them by another office supply company who no longer carried the cartridges I needed.I ordered 1 cartridge and unknown to me by doing so they were planning on sending me 11 more at more that $300.00 a cartridge! I tried to return them and was told I would have to pay over half of the invoiced price as a restocking fee. I didn't ask for these! Needless to say I bought the first 6 they sent me and now 2 days ago another 5 showed up! This is after I spoke to a sales rep with the company and told them I do not want anymore!! So, my suggestion is to seek else where if you are looking for any type of printer/copier/scanner cartridges.
