Hope my Boss never uses them again

Call made for washer repair, came the next day (Friday) stating they had 95% of the parts. They didn't, stated it would come in Tuesday. Did not come in till Thursday. Co-worker told technician we also had problem with the same washer getting off balance. Technician wouldn't let him finish his sentence, cutting him off each time. Boss came in Friday, notice that the washer was worse, called them personally. Technician came out within 4 hours, refused to balance washer stating it was not his responsibility. Technician and company receptionist were both very rude and uncaring. Charged over $400.00 and washer still does not working. Sears will be out on Monday.
