Jim Allen owner of Allen motors. I recently purchased a car from him.This was the longest car transaction I have ever done Jim dragged his feet when working on this deal. Obviously my business wasn't important but it was to late to go somewhere else. I had a truck that we agreed to put on the lot on consignment. We signed all the paperwork and agreed on a price. Jim recently sold the truck and did not contact me to let me know witch was in the contract. I called him he said that he hoped that I had forgot. I asked to see the paperwork under California state law and on the contract he has to show me. He refused. Jim also said that he did in house finance and didn't take a deposit.he's the only car dealer that doesn't.Needless to say he has lied and doesn't live up to his word or most important doesn't live up to a signed contract.
