WARNING, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR NEXT MOVE. The comments others posted are very factual and similar to the experience I had. I moved from Oregon to Arizona by myself with no parties to help me with my move in Arizona. After looking online at other moving options; UPACK, U Haul, etc I settled on All Points Moving & Storage, or is All Points Van Lines?? My quote had the business listed as Allpoints Moving & Storage, why is my paperwork from All Points Van Lines? Both addresses the same, hmm. Like others, I had several missing, damaged, broken and they even delivered the wrong bed to me!!! So far, I have received no return calls or emails to my inquiries.
If damaged or missing items doesn't anger you, if you happen don't have their payment or enough payment, they will not unload the truck! These guys even had the nerve to change their payment options from postal money order to cash. In addition, when they deliver, the person in charge, will find ways to nickle and dime you with more fees! I was able to get the extra feels waived by talking to a supervisor.
