I ordered a Airsoft rifle and the webpage showed that it was in stock. Unfortunatly I receivd an e-mail that it had gone out of stock and I would have to put it on pre-order. I checked the website and found a different and better airsoft rifle. I called customer service and changed the order. The person I talked to (Mandy S.) was polite and very helpful. I was able to change the order and two days later I had my new airsoft rifle which is great! Very good e-store and very good employees. The is the third time I have ordered items from them and have had a good experience each time.
