We experienced the same thing at our office. An individual claiming to be our Canon Rep called and said something about selling us toner cartridges because the price was going up at which point I knew he wasn't our Rep as all of our ink is covered under our lease. So when I told him this he asked if we had any other printers in the office to which I responded yes. He then asked for the model number of one so that he could send me some pricing info on the cartridges for that one. He then asked for my name and said someone would call to arrange for a good day to ship that info over to us. I never heard back from them, but did receive an invoice for $1255.90 for 2 toner cartridges that I NEVER ordered and NEVER received either saying that I had ordered them! Upon trying to contact the company, I got nothing but voicemail with recordings that didn't even state the company name. This is completely a SCAM!!! No one should EVER deal with them or give them any information!!!
