Aceweb does not deliver the product/service quality the promise. The sell a "Propel Accelerator" service, according to them 7 times faster than regular internet and comparable to DSL. This is a fragrant lie and, what is worst, they don't return money back after a customer proves their service sucks. Their customer service is the worst I ever dealt with; managers hide behind cust svce reps and never return phone messages. I just switched to ATT, who delivers a service 10 times better and at half the price than Aceweb.
