I got an ongoing issue with this company. This company is just a fraud.
I purchased 2 cars back in 11/04/2010 with the amount roughly around $160,000 USD. As of today (4/30/2011), I got no cars and no money at all. I have to call about 30 times a day in the past 6 months and both owner Maria and GM Eugene mostly were hardly in the office from 10AM to 5PM so nobody ever seriously and directly face me to handle my refund requests. All they have for me were just ridiculous excuses that they have no money to give it back to me. They live in a 2 million dollar house, driving fancy cars and paying the office rent at $25k a month and just have no money for me. I have never seen any business runner in the States that can be so shameless and ignorant to a customer paying cashier's check with expectation on them. At this moment, no money and no cars for me for six months and no answers for where the heck my money is now.
I am a true victim of this company's maliciously ignoring to return my fund. These guys got my money of $160,000 USD for 6 months. No cars to deliver, no money to give back to me and still refuse to return my money by giving me all kinds of ridiculous excuses like still waiting for money back from their suppliers. (I do business with them, not with their supplier at all. Since they are my window in this business transaction and make their profit. They should just be responsible for it instead of accusing their suppliers. That is just the most basic business rule.)
I am not the only victim of this fraud according to Sunnyvale police station. There are at least 30 victims that are involved in their fraud activity including credit theft and missing fund in the amount of roughly 5 million U.S. dollars involved in the many crimes investigated by FBI and district attorneies. I personally have 3 reported police case numbers about what happened on me in Sunnyvale police station. I will not tolerate their ignorance on me anymore and just want to hereby post what I suffer in the past 6 months at BBB to prevent more people from getting fraud by 888 Auto and losing their hard-working money just like I did.
I have to make at least about 20+ calls a day so I can get Eugene to speak to me but nobody ever really cared to cut right into the cheeze by answering when I will get my money back in full amount. I have to call again and again just to get to speak manager. I got all my telephone bills to prove it. I even have to stop by at their office every 2 days and they still cannot promise to refund for 6 months.
I've already taken serious moves and further legal actions have been taken due to they just fail to miss another deadline they promised me to give me back my money which is 4/30/2011. If the issue remains unsolved and I keep getting ignored, I will keep posting update here so you know this issue remains ongoing.
GM Eugene and the owner Maria both show no credit in promising to refund my money in full for 6 months. I will talk to more victims I know to have or help them post what 888 Auto has done to them. There are all kinds of fraud cases. There are victims losing their credit due to 888 Auto's credit theft and more people like me losing their hard working money while buying cars from 888 Auto by trusting them. FBI investigator shows the fraud amount involved exceeds more than 5 million dollars. True victims of 888 Auto fraud are out there suffering while both owners, Maria and Eugene, are still living, owning their multiple million dollar fancy houses and gliding around in their luxury cars.
I'll keep posting updates if I continuously to get ignored by 888 Auto to let more people stay alert with and away from this company. All issues I mention hereby in this review got papers of invoices, copies of cashier's check, telephone bill, and witness of co-workers, checks that 888 auto cut that cannot be deposited due to lack of fund, and friends and families conversations with lawyers to prove that I am ONLY stating the truth. If this review is still posted here, it means that my issue is not solved at all.
I won't recommend anybody do business with this company. HELL NO!! For God's sake stay away this fraud conducting business, they steal your hard-working money.
