24-7 DO NOT DEPEND ON THEM TO PICK YOU UP!!

I made arrangements for 24-7 to pick up my family of 7 and take us to LAX. They sent us an email the night before cancelling our ride to the airport. We didn't see it, so all 7 of us are waiting and waiting for our ride that never came. My husband was on hold over an hour waiting for a representative to answer the phone as I scrambled to secure other transportation to LAX. We ended up taking 2 Uber's to the airport and barely made our flight! Mind you, nobody ever picked up their customer service line!
After our trip I called their 1-888 number numerous times, left messages requesting a refund to no avail. They do not answer their phones, they don't return phone calls and they definitely do not refund money even after they cancel on you and leave you high and dry! Horrible scandalous company!!
