I had been going to this office for about 4 years or so and was never really confident of their practices, but not having had any obvious issues I kept putting off taking the time to check things carefully...I finally did review my insurance and saw that this office had overcharged me on my last two visits for services that were in fact covered by my plan. I'm quite sure now that they overcharged me on prior occasions as well, but didn't have the back-up to review those instances. I called them and they claimed they'd need two weeks to review my complaint, but when my insurance company also called them, they strangely no longer needed the two weeks. I did receive a refund, but as I mentioned I'm sure they charged me for services they did not perform in the past, I asked for a copy of my records and all they would give me was a list of this year's payments. I asked for a list of their fees and they said they do not have one. They switch dentists constantly, I have never had the same dentist for more than one consecutive year, their hygienist is not licensed with the state as far as I could find, I did research this as well. Had I taken the time sooner to do a background check I would have avoided the fraudulent overcharging, unfortunately time is not always on one's side and I kept putting it off. The "F" rating is quite appropritate in my opinion. I strongly recommend against them and urge everyone to do their homework before picking a service provider, especially one in the medical field.
