I ordered a white dress from this sight for my daughter's baptism 2 months in a advance. When I got the dress the flowers had a gray tint to them an obvious contrast to the rest of the dress. Also the flowers weren't full like they showed on the website.
It looked really cheap. Not like the $50 dress I thought I was getting. When I tried emailing them (5 different times) they kept telling me the same thing which was to send the dress back and they would replace it with the same dress!! That does not make any
sense! !! Trade it for the exact same dress I am disappointed in? ? I asked them to please call me so we could get it resolved and to see what other options I had and the response I got was the exact same thing please return the dress and we will replace it
for the same one. I feel like they gave me the run around long enough to make it to late for me to get another one. I also tried calling the number that came on my credit card statement and it just rings and goes to a voice mail that doesn't state the company
name or anything to elude that it was a company #. Also a week after I ordered the dress our CREDIT CARD WAS COMPROMISED. Though I cannot say it was this company it makes me wonder when there were others this also happened to.
