Refund from Vayama

It has been more than 60 days since I cancelled my booking with Vayama. They e-mailed me that I will receive cancellation invoice in 10 days, but never received one.
Air canada , the air lines I was booked on, has e-mailed me that my refund has been collected by Vayama.
I can't contact Vayama. I was on hold for more than 50 min. on several days and at the end I was disconnected. Don't know how to contact anyone at Vayama.
