Bad faith and bad business. Want my money returned

Hello I had furniture on layaway. They called and said they was gonna deliver. The day of the delivery they wanted to charge me 300 dollars. I said no. But we negotiated 200. Then 25 minutes before it was time for them to be here. They called and said they was not coming and my furniture was not in stock. So I said send my money back. 3 weeks later I still have not received my money. So now I am really upset. Because I sold my old furniture and I have none.
