I was unsure whether to buy a Power Plate, because I already had a whole body vibration machine that used a pivotal motion. Mike and I had a long discussion and he forwarded me all kinds of info that described the difference. Mike handled everything, made sure the appropriate discount was applied and I got it sooner than I'd been promised, even with the COVID shipping slowdowns. I love the Power Plate!
