Studio-Cycles Customer Service sold us on the Keiser M3i.
My wife and I were leaving to pick up a new EchelonX5 from Dick's sporting goods when I called Studio-Cycles and spoke with Aly. Not only was she pleasant, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about her product, Aly thoroughly qualified us by asking questions about our workout experience, frequency of use and long term plans for a cycle. At the end of our conversation she had me convinced the Keiser M3i was worth the extra $1,000.00 and actually made me feel good about spending more than I intended LOL. If our experience with Aly is indicative of Studio-Cycles' philosophy on customer service, by all means call them immediately if you are looking for a premium product backed by a quality staff.
